In addition to doing design, I love teaching others. In my past role I've led design workshops, created a community of practice and educated employees on design thinking. To me, design isn't just a job but a lifelong passion.

Took a year off from work to do grad school. Relevant courses include, Service Design, Interaction Design Studio, Methodologies of Visualization, Software Structures for User Interfaces, etc.
Designed and documented user flows and interfaces accounting for various users’ goals, business objectives, and technical constraints
Spearheaded a practice of user research by conducting contextual inquiry, collecting web analytics, analyzing customer feedback, running usability tests, benchmarking competitors and synthesizing data
Delivered timely UX assets within up to 4 parallel agile sprint teams

Reinforced the business case for a site redesign integrating data from disparate sources revealing a major increase in ROI and a 10% reduction in call volume
Programmed a new web app for internal enterprise users using an interactive front-end (jQuery, CSS, HTML) and a stable back-end for the tool (C#/ASP.NET) creating an intuitive user experience while working within confines of legacy technology
